Role

Executed the art direction for a pitch that won the agency a multimillion-dollar account. I defined the look and feel and contributed to the strategy from concept to execution. We built a design system that unified the brand across more than 145 countries. This system laid the foundation for a new app that enabled customers to order directly from KFC.com for the first time. With an optimized cart and checkout flow, we removed complexity while delivering an experience that embodies KFC’s signature Southern hospitality.
