Executed the art direction of a pitch that won a multimillion-dollar account for the agency. I established the look and feel and contributed to the strategy from concept to execution. We created a design system that unified a brand with a presence in more than 145 countries. This system laid the foundation for the new app that allowed customers to order directly from KFC.com for the first time. With an optimized cart and checkout flow, we stripped away complexity while delivering an experience that embodies KFC’s signature Southern hospitality.
